Train in Spain provides cyclists with the opportunity to ride in the Costa Blanca region that is renowned throughout the cycling world for the excellence of its roads, the challenging mountains, the great weather and the beautiful scenery. Pass the week training, relaxing, eating and sleeping . . . book your flight, pack your bike or hire one of ours and we’ll take care of the rest. Train in Spain - train where the Pros do!
Our week-long camps are designed to help you get a solid block of riding done on great roads while it is most likely cold, dark and wet back at home.
Our weeks will raise your fitness level by getting you out in the fresh air and sunshine for 4-6 hours a day. The tempo will be steady to increase aerobic fitness and to help burn any excess pounds you might be carrying. You will be riding in the Marina Alta mountains, as featured regularly in La Vuelta, and will have the chance to practice climbing, descending, group riding, through and off on the flat sections and, perhaps, a bit of Spanish in the local cafés.
